23:46 「意識が高い」っていうのには、適性があると思う。誰でも持つべきものではない。持つことはできても、長期間保持することで精神のバランスを崩してしまう人もいるだろうし、楽天的すぎて悲観から「意識が高い」に入れない人もその逆もいるだろう。世界に自分を合わせるのもほどほどにしとけって事。
